I bought my Skoda Scala from Orwell Motors in April 2025 and I could not be happier with it. Euan was great to deal with from start to finish. The price was fair, there was no hard sell whatsoever and the car was prepped and ready within three days from when I first came in to test drive it. Euan also noticed on the test drive that the aircon was not as cold as he would like. He had it recharged before I picked the car up and it has been a godsend during the recent hot weather. I would definitely come back in the future for another car from Orwell Motors and cant recommend them highly enough.

In February 2024 I purchased a car from Orwell Motors and on the basis of my experience I would recommend this garage to other customers. Our purchase went smoothly - queries were answered in detail, the car\'s features were demonstrated to us on the forecourt and I opted to make two test drives in the local area. Stan and Craig were courteous, friendly and helpful. Since we took ownership of the Peugeot 308 Estate, I have driven the car extensively and added significant mileage. The car has a 2019 plate and in this regard is the oldest used car I have bought. Nonetheless, It has only required two new front tyres so far and the car passed its MOT and annual service with no repair work. When we collected the car from Orwell Motors, it was (by far) the best presented used car I have purchased. It was gleaming inside and out! Clearly, everyone at Orwell Motors takes pride in their work and values a high standard of service to customers. I hope (and expect) to have many more miles and years of motoring with this car; that said, if I am in the market for a used car I will certainly consider buying again from Orwell Motors, Dunfermline.

First time I have bought a vehicle from Orwell Motors and I was wary of undergoing the \'hard sell\' experienced at some other dealers in the past. I need not have worried: a good family business with no pressured sales pitch, polite, friendly and informative throughout. Action was taken on any queries I had, eg gear box oil was changed, 12v DC outlets tested, front fog light changed, all without fuss and with no expense for me. A full service record, a new clean MOT, 12 months tax and a decent deal on extended warranty. Vehicle was prepared to a very high standard and was ready for collection on time. Why go anywhere else? Thank you to all staff.

This is my second car from Orwell Motors and yet again the service was first class. I had that much confidence in dealing with Orwell Motors again that I bought the car before even coming to see it. Stan gave me all the information over the phone regarding the car and I knew that what he was telling me was true and honest, one of the reason for coming back to this family run business. The car is presented immaculately with a full MOT and they also did an oil service on the car they really do care about their customers and the product they are selling you. When I\'m looking for another car I will certainly be coming back to Orwell Motors. Thank you Ewan at Orwell Motors! A much considered purchase of a mini cabriolet meant we drove a 13 hours round trip from Warwickshire to see and buy my lovely new car. Before the trip I exchanged emails and telephone calls with Stan and Ewan, and having read all the reviews on the Orwell Motors website I was reassured that they were friendly, helpful and trustworthy; I was not disappointed. We discussed by phone, a part exchange value for my old car that I was happy with, and I received this without any further negotiation once in Scotland. Ewan let us take the mini cabriolet out for a good, long test drive with his nephew (sorry I forgot your name - but very smiley and friendly) and we took our time looking over the car, with Ewan showing us the features. There was absolutely no pressure for us to make the sale, if anything, I think that Ewan felt pressured that we may be disappointed after such a long journey. Once I agreed the sale with Ewan, as previously arranged he sorted out the transfer of my cherished number plate, dealt with the road tax application and efficiently processed all the necessary paperwork. Phew - thanks so much for taking all that headache out of my hands!! We wouldn't hesitate to drive to Dunfermline again for any future car purchases and highly recommend this friendly, family run company.

I was a bit sceptical about buying a car without seeing it or having a test drive but the Mini Cooper S Countryman that Stan had for sale ticked all my boxes for a new car. I phoned Stan to discuss buying the vehicle and he couldn\'t have been more honest, helpful, and accommodating, told me that if I came to see it and didn\'t like it then he would give me my money back, how many car dealers would do that? Well worth the 8 hour round trip from Cheshire to collect the car which was beautifully presented and waiting for me, the test drive confirmed I\'d made the right choice. Stan is very easy to deal with and pointed out a few minor cosmetic issues ( nothing serious ), so that I was aware of them and was ok with them. I can highly recommend Stan and his lads, and even though it\'s a fair distance away from me, it was well worth it, I even drove the 4 hours home without a stop I was enjoying my new car that much. 5 stars all the way !

I'd give Orwell motors a 5 star rating. I dealt with Craig who is the owner's son. He was easy to talk to, explained all I needed and the car was in mint condition and ready for a test drive. We were in the garage 80 minutes in total, from viewing, to negotiating to test drive and transfer over a private plate. I'd recommend Orwell motors to friends, well worth the 35 min drive from Glasgow to get this deal..

I've just purchased my tenth or eleventh car from Orwell Motors, endorsing a relationship that has spanned more than thirty years. During that time I have never once had cause to complain about anything. Not the service I received, the quality of the vehicle or it's presentation. When Stan does not have the car I want in stock, he will actively source one that matches my preference. His searches always come up trumps, with a low mileage, high spec, reasonably priced vehicle, exactly as requested. Helped sort everything out from finance to taxing the vehicle for me leaving and also valeting and putting some fuel in the car for pickup. Originally took the car for a test drive and noticed within minutes that the brakes were iffy, without even mentioning it Ewan said they would be changed for me picking the car up. I was looking for a particular vehicle and Orwell Motors made it happen. After looking at their stock I was very tempted to purchase a number of their cars. However I just couldn't get every box to tick. Ewan then went that extra mile. He found me my beloved BMW 530 that I have always dreamt of owning. He baught it into stock and presented me with one of the best examples I have seen on the road. Showroom condition, under budget and all the extras.
